After Party
Employee teams were rewarded with a fun, come-as-you-are After Party following the volunteer project. We celebrated the good work accomplished, played trivia, and wrapped up a fun work day with food, drinks, prizes, and games. There was even an impromptu beat-boxing rap!
Earth Day Breakfast
100 guests joined us for breakfast at 21c Museum Hotel, recently opened in the historic Hill Building in downtown Durham. We celebrated the work done at the Corporate Challenge, presented the Corporate Challenge and Corporate Partner Awards, heard about the most pressing conservation issues facing our region, and discussed ways for nonprofits and businesses to work together to be part of the solution. Thanks to Elizabeth Garder for being the emcee! Photos from the Earth Day Breakfast can be found on our Flickr.
