Building the Infrastructure for Climate Engagement
NC Climate Week answers the urgent call for movement toward climate change solutions. 2022 was the sixth warmest year on record and the impacts on communities, the nation, and the world are accelerating. Launched in September 2023, NC Climate Week is the first of its kind, with a focus on empowering companies and individuals to take part in solutions. The Learn, Measure, and Act program elements recognize that all three are necessary to engage and activate people in more impactful ways.

Become a Climate Week Foundation Partner
The 2023 program established the proof of concept – People are witnessing the impacts of climate change and are eager to act. A catalyst is needed to translate that interest into engagement. For NC Climate Week 2024, a multi-sector team will build out the program that is expected to include in-person and live virtual presentations, hands-on engagement, and large-scale participation of companies working on carbon reduction and neutral goals.
