Green Team Roundtables
A bi-monthly virtual forum for Partners to network, share resources, and gain insights to bring back to their companies. Sustainability and CSR Directors, and volunteer leaders of Company Green Teams will hear directly from ESG and CSR experts on how to meet their goals.
Fall Networking Event
This after hours event creates a setting for Corporate Partners and Nonprofit Members to build networks around common goals for a healthier and sustainable environment to live, work, and play.

March-April
Combining community impact and team building. Company teams are matched with environmental nonprofits for a day of volunteering and compete against other participating companies for the Earth Day Challenge Awards. An educational and networking event open and close the program.

Earth Day Impact Challenge

As part of the Earth Day Program, we offer a two-week app-based sustainability challenge for companies across the state. Employees log and share sustainability actions and view their impact in real time. Cumulative and Company-wide reporting is provided for all participating teams.

NC Climate Week

NC Climate Week was inspired by the urgency for action on climate change. 2022 was the sixth warmest year on record and the impacts ripple through our communities in NC.|NC Climate Week was launched in 2023 in response to the urgent need for action on climate solutions.

Connecting companies to local environmental nonprofits for lasting impact and long-term community connections. Companies select two or more volunteer engagements scheduled to fit their calendar and team size. Reporting on participation and impact metrics are provided.

Our app-based, sustainability challenge contains actions for employees to take to reduce their environmental impact. This company-specific challenge reflects corporate branding, can include action on company initiatives, and includes friendly competition. An impact report is provided at the close of the challenge.
