Earth Day Volunteer Events
March-April
Combining community impact and team building. Company teams are matched with environmental nonprofits for a day of volunteering and compete against other participating companies for the Earth Day Challenge Awards. An educational and networking event open and close the program.

NC Climate Week
September – October
NC Climate Week features a full week of daily in-person and virtual convening to learn, network, and adopt plans for climate action and culminates with an in-person summit where individuals from across the state will convene to collaborate on local and statewide solutions for carbon reduction and gain the tools to tackle the challenges presented by Climate Change.

Support employee’s philanthropic goals. EarthShare NC Employee Giving Program allows employees to make a one gift that supports the work of 25 vetted environmental nonprofits. Employees can support the full breadth of work needed to ensure clean air and water, healthy places to live, safe food to eat, and a clean energy future. Employees can also fund individual Nonprofit Members. Employees can make annual payroll deduction gifts, one time gift, and vacation donation.
