Trail Maintenance
Fri. April 11, 9-11:30am
Lunch Celebration: 12-2pm
The Hub Farm is a 30-acre farm, forest, and aquatic educational center in Durham, North Carolina. We engage students, teachers, and the Durham Public Schools community in field trips, internships, summer camp, workshops, public events, and more. This workday will help us to maintain the mile-long trail system that surround our property, by clearing logs and debris from the trails, removing invasive species, repainting trail markers, and lining the path. Your interest in getting moving and lifting/bending to help restore the trail will be important to your enjoyment of this workday. We recommend water, weather-appropriate clothing, and an interest in getting a little sweaty/dirty by spending the morning in the woods.
