Corporate Earth Day – Team Evaluation & Impact!

PLEASE COMPLETE BY NOON SO OUR JUDGES CAN ASSESS ALL TEAMS FAIRLY 🙂 One for each company you hosted. Thank you for hosting volunteers for the Earth Day Volunteer Challenge! Your feedback helps us determine awards, collect information about the impact of your project, and improve for next year.

  • (1 = You’d think they were at the dentist; 4 = The MOST enthusiastic, WOO HOO!)
  • 1 = Are these people on the same team?! 4 = Total unity, coordination, cooperation
