Sustainability challenges use the EarthShare Engage app to education employees on daily actions they can take to control their carbon footprint, reduce waste, and conserve water. As actions are taken, points are earned, the impact of each action is measured, and employees learn from each other as actions are taken.

The Sustainability Actions include simple ways for employees to incorporate sustainability into their daily lives from setting up paperless billing to biking or carpooling to work.
Employees see their impact in real time after each action is logged, including UN sustainability goals met. As actions are taken, employees gain points as part of the competition and through the social feed, they can share and celebrate their impact and learnings with peers.
Companies are provided with promotional items to register employees and staff support to develop a plan to motivate employee participation. Prizes may be identified to motivate employee participation, or the challenge may be an approved activity to meet community engagement time for some companies. You choose the time frame to have the challenge and an unlimited number of employees can participate.
